Growing up in Kosovo I worked along side my uncle in his plumbing and bathroom business. School holidays and weekends were full of fun helping out and learning the tools and trade of sourcing, installing and finally seeing the finished work - it always amazes me at how pleased the clients were especially as I saw the change from outside toilets to full indoor bathrooms. It’s something special when a client comes to you with a ‘thought’ and I can help that dream become their reality. I’ve seen the difference accessible bathrooms can make to someone with limited mobility and I’m so grateful of being given the opportunity to help change their lives.
